Private Beach & Dead Sea Location

Located in Sowayma, 12.9 km from Bethany Beyond the Jordan, the resort offers a private beach area with direct access to the Dead Sea. Guests can use the mineral-rich mud on-site and rinse off with outdoor showers. A 24-hour front desk, gift shop, and car rental desk are available in the lobby.

Guest Rooms & Suites

All 274 guest rooms include individually controlled air conditioning, satellite TV with international channels, a minifridge, a safe, and mineral water. Some rooms feature a large terrace overlooking the Dead Sea. Room categories range from Double Rooms to Family Suites, including Junior King Suites and Deluxe One-Bedroom Suites with Sea View.

Seven Dining Venues

The resort has seven restaurants and bars: Spectrum (all-day dining), 1312 (Lebanese cuisine), Bacchus (pool-side Italian), VUE (lobby lounge), Infinity (pool bar), Beach Bar, and Sky Bar & Lounge. Sky Bar & Lounge is a seasonal rooftop lounge serving cocktails and snacks with a resident DJ after sunset. Spectrum Restaurant will be closed from August 24 to September 13, 2026, with meals served in the Dead Sea Hall.
